Wix Blog users need clear, accessible insights to track their performance effectively, but existing analytics are fragmented and difficult to use. Blog-related data is scattered across multiple reports, requiring users to switch between sections to find meaningful insights. Additionally, key performance metrics are missing directly within the blog management experience. As a result, many users resort to third-party analytics tools, creating friction and reducing engagement within Wix’s ecosystem. This gap presents a missed opportunity to enhance the user experience and strengthen blogger retention.
As the Product Designer, I played a key role in shaping the Blog Analytics experience. Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team—including a PM, BA, developers, and a UX writer—I focused on designing an intuitive interface that simplifies performance tracking.
My responsibilities included conducting data analysis, competitor research, and user research through in-depth interviews, usability testing, and walkthrough feedback. This approach ensured that the final product provided actionable, real-time insights to help users optimize their content strategy effectively.
